Founder & CEO
Thoa is the Founder and CEO of CREASIA GROUP, the leading company in experiential marketing, field force, and tech & data solutions for brands and retailers in Vietnam.
With over 20 years of industry experience, he expertly crafts and executes omnichannel growth strategies that utilize data and technology to achieve impactful insights and results.
He believes that “Living and working with a pure heart, a passion for excellence, and building people” is central to CREASIA's philosophy, fostering service excellence and employee happiness.
Thoa is committed to reinvesting in talent, technology, and new capabilities to stay ahead of market trends and drive growth for clients across activation, experiential marketing, retail media, retail merchandising, field sales, field auditing, direct sales, software development services. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School's Executive Education Program.
Fujiyoshi Fumihiro
Board Director
Graduated from the Aichi Institute of Technology, Mr. Fujiyoshi previously held positions in Industrial Engineering, Finance, and Management at Toyota Japan. This extensive experience enables him to provide unbiased, multi-dimensional advice for our projects in strategic concept and execution.
Moreover, his expertise in Japan’s renowned Kaizen method is a valuable asset for the continuous improvement of our processes in business management and project execution.
