
Field Supervisor
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Recruit and train personnel for project implementation (PG, PB, Team leader, etc...);
- Strategize, execute, and deploy product promotion programs nationwide, ensuring achievement of set KPIs;
- Propose solutions to enhance the quality of marketing campaigns and consumer engagement;
- Monitor and supervise the execution of promotional programs, POSM at retail outlets;
- Set up booths, arrange displays according to layout specifications, and compile reports and images;
- Consolidate reports on regional performance for the assigned product category;
- Fulfill other tasks as required by direct supervisors and company management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
- At least 3-5 years experience, preferably with a background in sales supervision across various channels such as GT, MT, On Trade, Off Trade, etc.;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in team management;
- Skilled in planning and efficiently managing tasks;
- Knowledgeable in marketing and sales principles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Business Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute a robust business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Identify new business opportunities across industries such as FMCG, retail, tech, and services.
- Align go-to-market strategy with company vision, market dynamics, and service capabilities.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key clients and industry stakeholders.

3. Market Expansion & Innovation
- Drive the development of innovative, tailored solutions for new business prospects.

4. Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and mentor a high-performing business development and account team.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and development plans for team members.

5. Strategic Partnerships & Networking
- Represent CREASIA at key industry events, networking sessions, and conferences.
- Establish alliances with agencies, technology partners, and strategic collaborators.
- Build brand reputation and visibility in the marketing and retail landscape.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic account management.
- Strong track record in FMCG, agency services, field marketing, or B2B solutions.
Skills & Competencies

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Strong understanding of market development, brand activation, and integrated marketing solutions.

3D Designer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute ideas and execute designs as required for projects and product marketing activities.
- Create 2D and 3D designs for product display shelves, game areas, stages, brand identity systems, stage backdrops, logos, signage, product leaflets, banners, flyers, uniforms, invitations, and all other advertising-related materials.
- Possess knowledge of production materials and provide recommendations on suitable materials for client products.
- Generate ideas and consult with the project team on design concepts, ensuring harmonious color schemes aligned with current trends.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate in a design-related major.
- 2–4 years of experience in a Design position.
- Experience in both 2D and 3D design.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Photoshop, 3D Max, Illustrator, Corel Draw, etc.
- Creative with the ability to present ideas convincingly.
- Dynamic, proactive, diligent, friendly, and eager to learn.
- Able to work well under high pressure.
