JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Recruit and train personnel for project implementation (PG, PB, Team leader, etc...);
• Strategize, execute, and deploy product promotion programs nationwide, ensuring achievement of set KPIs;
• Propose solutions to enhance the quality of marketing campaigns and consumer engagement;
• Monitor and supervise the execution of promotional programs, POSM at retail outlets;
• Set up booths, arrange displays according to layout specifications, and compile reports and images;
• Consolidate reports on regional performance for the assigned product category;

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
• At least 3-5 years experience, preferably with a background in sales supervision across various channels such as GT, MT, On Trade, Off Trade, etc.;
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in team management;
