JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Recruit and train personnel for project implementation (PG, PB, Team leader, etc...);
- Strategize, execute, and deploy product promotion programs nationwide, ensuring achievement of set KPIs;
- Propose solutions to enhance the quality of marketing campaigns and consumer engagement;
- Monitor and supervise the execution of promotional programs, POSM at retail outlets;
- Set up booths, arrange displays according to layout specifications, and compile reports and images;
- Consolidate reports on regional performance for the assigned product category;
- Fulfill other tasks as required by direct supervisors and company management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
- At least 3-5 years experience, preferably with a background in sales supervision across various channels such as GT, MT, On Trade, Off Trade, etc.;
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in team management;
- Skilled in planning and efficiently managing tasks;
- Knowledgeable in marketing and sales principles.

Junior Graphic Designer
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Design Execution
- Develop and execute creative concepts for various projects including campaigns, events, and brand activation activities.
- Create 2D visual assets such as key visuals, brand identity systems, stage designs, backdrops, logos, signage, product packaging, banners, flyers, uniforms, and invitations.
- Propose fresh design ideas and recommend suitable color palettes aligned with current design trends.

Senior Admin cum Receptionist Executive
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Receptionist
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally and ensure a positive experience.
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls through the company’s hotline.
- Ensure that the office environment is tidy, clean, and well-organized at all times.
Administration
- Office Asset & Equipment Management: Monitor and manage office assets such as desks, chairs, computers, printers, etc.
- Document Handling & Transportation: Manage incoming and outgoing documents, taxi cards, and oversee transportation arrangements (taxis, air tickets, etc.).
- Office Cost Management: Track and manage office-related expenses such as rent, electricity, water, transportation, and delivery, etc.
- Travel Support: Book air tickets and hotel accommodations upon project or departmental request.
- Vendor Management: Search for and evaluate new potential vendors when needed.
- Liaison with Building Management: Work with the building management team on issues related to the office environment (e.g., elevator maintenance, air conditioning, utilities, etc.).
- Payment Management: Follow & make payment for all office expense.
- Personnel Management: Oversee and manage the daily tasks and performance of drivers, office cleaners, and the IT Helpdesk.
Other Duties
- Support in onboarding processes (e.g. parking cards, welcome kits, water bottles, handbooks).
- Provide additional administrative support as required by Heads of Departments or the Board of Directors.

(Junior) Procurement Executive
Mô tả công việc
- Thực hiện việc mua hàng hóa, vật tư theo đúng yêu cầu của các Phòng ban/ Bộ phận theo Quy trình mua hàng.
- Tìm kiếm, so sánh và đánh giá nhà cung cấp để lựa chọn phương án tối ưu về chất lượng, giá cả và tiến độ.
- Soạn thảo hợp đồng mua bán, đơn đặt hàng và trực tiếp tham gia đàm phán với nhà cung cấp các điều khoản liên quan.
- Theo dõi tiến độ giao hàng, đảm bảo hàng hóa được cung cấp đúng thời gian, đúng chủng loại và số lượng theo yêu cầu.
- Phối hợp xử lý các phát sinh trong quá trình mua hàng như: hàng sai, hàng lỗi, không đạt tiêu chuẩn chất lượng…
- Tổng hợp các hồ sơ đề làm chứng từ thanh toán;
- Tổng hợp số liệu kiểm tra nghiệm thu của dự án;
- Thực hiện đánh giá định kỳ năng lực và hiệu quả làm việc của nhà cung cấp.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Tốt nghiệp Cử nhân các ngành: Quản trị Kinh doanh, Thương mại, Quản lý Chuỗi Cung ứng hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Ít nhất 1-3 năm kinh nghiệm mua hàng trong môi trường doanh nghiệp: POSM và các vật phẩm Marketing.
Kỹ năng:
- Kỹ năng tổ chức và quản lý công việc xuất sắc & chi tiết.
- Kỹ năng đàm phán tốt.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, cả bằng lời và văn bản.
